Your eligibility for entry into the forum will be determined by your essay.

2. Please give us a general idea of your current age: 11-16, 17 - 24, 25+
3. Did you receive an invite from a MOD? If so, which one?
4. If not via an invitation, where did you hear about us from? (an LJ post, a friend told you, a fic's AN's...?)
5. Have you ever been a member of a forum that focused on constructive criticism before? If so, tell us which one(s). (Note: Please list no more than 2 forums.)
6. Please list two fics that you might consider referring to others on the forum. (Note: It is not required that you make posts about these fics once you have become a member.)
7. Please tell us in 40 words or more a bit about your thoughts and opinions of constructive criticism. The more you tell us, the better. You really can’t say too much, but also don’t feel inclined to write a thesis on it. (It might sound like a lot, but we promise: 40 words truly doesn't add up to much. For instance, these instructions would already put you over the minimum at 71 words.)
